"Original melodies, powerful harmonies, exceptional musicianship and a whole load of rocking fun!"
Naked Feet were formed in February 1999 in West Cornwall by Julie Elwin. Core to the band was husband Simon who plays a mean bass guitar.
With an addictive blend of traditional folk, latin, rock and dance styles, Naked Feet created their own unique sound.
A group of other musicians played with Naked Feet on a regular basis, including:
Julie Elwin
Simon Elwin (bass guitar, vocals)
Rob Thompson (acoustic guitar)
Guy Chalker-Howells (djhembes)
Nick McCleod (kit drum, not every gig)
Naked Feet are currently soothing their tootsies collective in a warm bath. However, Julie is continuing to perform Naked Feet tracks as part of her solo sets - catch the latest dates at her MySpace pages.
